Excellent experience from beginning to end! The entire A/C installation process was smooth, professional, and very well organized. The installation team arrived on time, worked efficiently, kept everything clean, and made sure the new system was running perfectly before leaving.
A special thanks to Luis for his outstanding service. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. We never felt pressured, and he made sure we understood exactly what we were getting and what to expect.
The difference with the new A/C system was noticeable immediately. The house is cooling much better and feels more comfortable throughout.

Extremely dissatisfied I did not have any issues with my home until I allowed them to come in, so I was trying to save some money and upgrade my home at the same time I put in new AC, insulated the attic as well new ductwork ever since they have touched my home, my house has been leaking full of conversation and will not stop I keep calling them. They continue to send somebody nothing gets better. My house now is smelling musty my walls are wet and nothing is being done about. It would not recommend as their service guys run in run out don’t say anything.

I don’t understand how there are so many 5 star reviews. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Ever since we had purchased a unit and installed by them there has been nothing but issues. It seems every 3 months the A/C has issues. When calling to have a technician come to check or do an annual maintenance check, the appointment time is 10am-7pm, which is a huge inconvenience and ridiculous because your stuck in your home all day for the technician not to show up, no call no show. Very inconsiderate of people’s time. The representative that schedules the appointment whenever she decides to call you back always seems have an attitude, like she really hates her job. It’s the summer time and I’m expecting to have a baby soon and have a toddler in the house and was hoping to have the A/C taken care of but the technician never showed up nor did they attempted to contact me “30 minutes” prior as the representative claims. So now I have to wait until I’m out of the hospital being that I could be going into labor any minute now, to come back to rescheduling a appt.for the A/C. PLEASE DO NOT work with this company, go elsewhere. They are horrible. I usually don’t leave reviews but it’s that bad.

We have had many sale agents stop by our house to convince us to replace our ac . How ever when one of united state solutions agent stop by he was very informative and polite . He was not pushy and he listen to all my concerns. This company offer one of the best deals . 15 yrs full warranty including repair service and maintenance. They worked with me to make my monthly payment affordable. They installed the next day. The techs are very professional and clean after they were done . I am glad they stopped by .

Jacob is fantastic! He came to my home and I always wonder why my room Wasn’t getting cold, not only he took care of the issue by replacing the duct work. We say a huge difference on the FPL bill by $200! Recommend at least listening to him!

Jacob is a fantastic guy for this company, he came to my door and I was nervous at first but he explains what he does and show me that the electrical panel was causing my power to keep going off.

I had a great experience working with Jacob, a manager at United Stated Solutions. He handled my electrical panel and was extremely professional from start to finish. What really stood out was how clearly he explained everything—he took the time to walk me through why certain things in my home were turning on and off and helped me understand what was causing my high electric bill.
Thanks to his expertise and recommendations, my light bill dropped dramatically—from around $380 to under $150. That kind of difference speaks for itself.I highly recommend listening to Jacob and trusting his advice. He really knows what he’s doing and genuinely wants to help his customers save money and improve their homes.

I had an issue with my AC and called United State Solutions. Ashley from customer service helped me and scheduled me for the next day, which I really appreciated because it was pretty hot in the house.
The appointment window is an all-day window (10 AM – 7 PM), which isn’t the most convenient, but Ashley explained that’s how their scheduling works and at least they don’t charge a service fee just for coming out like many other companies do.
The technician checked the unit and got everything working again. Overall the service was professional and the office was responsive. I’m happy with the help I received.

Great experience after everything was finalized
For Context
Our home was getting very hot during the day and the AC seemed to run constantly, especially in the afternoon. Nathan from United State Solutions checked the attic and showed us that the insulation level was very low and uneven in several areas.
They added new attic insulation to bring it up to the proper level. Since the work was completed, the house holds the temperature much better and the AC doesn’t run as long as it used to.
Nathan explained the process clearly and made the whole experience easy. The office staff was also very helpful with scheduling and follow-up.

We were having a serious airflow issue in our home with some rooms were not cooling properly while others were getting too much air. Delilah came out and helped identify that the problem was coming from old and poorly sealed ductwork in the attic.
She explained the issue clearly and coordinated the duct replacement. United State Solutions installed the new ducts and sealed everything correctly, and the difference was noticeable right away. Airflow is now balanced throughout the house and the system runs much more efficiently.
Shout out to Delilah for guiding us through the process and to United State Solutions’ customer service team for keeping us updated and scheduling everything smoothly. Great experience overall.
