We have had many sale agents stop by our house to convince us to replace our ac . How ever when one of united state solutions agent stop by he was very informative and polite . He was not pushy and he listen to all my concerns. This company offer one of the best deals . 15 yrs full warranty including repair service and maintenance. They worked with me to make my monthly payment affordable. They installed the next day. The techs are very professional and clean after they were done . I am glad they stopped by .

Jacob is fantastic! He came to my home and I always wonder why my room Wasn’t getting cold, not only he took care of the issue by replacing the duct work. We say a huge difference on the FPL bill by $200! Recommend at least listening to him!

Jacob is a fantastic guy for this company, he came to my door and I was nervous at first but he explains what he does and show me that the electrical panel was causing my power to keep going off.

I had a great experience working with Jacob, a manager at United Stated Solutions. He handled my electrical panel and was extremely professional from start to finish. What really stood out was how clearly he explained everything—he took the time to walk me through why certain things in my home were turning on and off and helped me understand what was causing my high electric bill.
Thanks to his expertise and recommendations, my light bill dropped dramatically—from around $380 to under $150. I had an issue with my AC and called United State Solutions. Ashley from customer service helped me and scheduled me for the next day, which I really appreciated because it was pretty hot in the house.
The appointment window is an all-day window (10 AM – 7 PM), which isn’t the most convenient, but Ashley explained that’s how their scheduling works and at least they don’t charge a service fee just for coming out like many other companies do.
The technician checked the unit and got everything working again. Overall the service was professional and the office was responsive. I’m happy with the help I received.

Our home was getting very hot during the day and the AC seemed to run constantly, especially in the afternoon. Nathan from United State Solutions checked the attic and showed us that the insulation level was very low and uneven in several areas.
They added new attic insulation to bring it up to the proper level. Since the work was completed, the house holds the temperature much better and the AC doesn’t run as long as it used to.
Nathan explained the process clearly and made the whole experience easy. The office staff was also very helpful with scheduling and follow-up.

I would strongly advise other to look elsewhere. My AC unit has had recurring issues almost monthly. Overall, this has been an exhausting experience and i would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, long term AC service

I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from this company. Nearly every month, a new issue arises with my AC unit. Instead of properly diagnosing and fixing the root problem, it feels like temporary patches are being done just to get by. On top of that, there have been repeated attempts to void my warranty rather than stand behind the work performed. Customer service has also been frustrating, the representative I speak with consistently has an unprofessional and dismissive attitude. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable or honest AC service.

I can't say enough good things about Alex Trejo and UNITED STATE SOLUTIONS. My old AC unit completely stopped working, Alex stepped in and handled everything from start to finish with professionalism honesty and care. HE TOOK the time to explain my opios clearly, helped me understand wt made the most sense for or home, and made entire process smooth and stress free. Mr Jacob is such a great manager! I dont trust people when they come to my door however jacob explain shay tje company does for home owners and was tired of paying to repair my ac.

Jacob the manager such an amazing guy! They come to my house and my ac was broken for almost two years! They change my ac and it feels amazing in the house. The technicians were so nice and helpful and the best part is i get an 15 year warranty with the ac!! Never paying to get it fix again 🙂 i recommend this company to everyone!

Mr. Medina was amazing! I was always skeptical when someone come to mine door but he does a great job explaining what he does- they changed my ac and it’s been so much colder in the house!
