I had an issue with my AC and called United State Solutions. Ashley from customer service helped me and scheduled me for the next day, which I really appreciated because it was pretty hot in the house.

The appointment window is an all-day window (10 AM – 7 PM), which isn’t the most convenient, but Ashley explained that’s how their scheduling works and at least they don’t charge a service fee just for coming out like many other companies do.

The technician checked the unit and got everything working again. Overall the service was professional and the office was responsive. I’m happy with the help I received.

Great experience after everything was finalized
For Context
Our home was getting very hot during the day and the AC seemed to run constantly, especially in the afternoon. Nathan from United State Solutions checked the attic and showed us that the insulation level was very low and uneven in several areas.

They added new attic insulation to bring it up to the proper level. Since the work was completed, the house holds the temperature much better and the AC doesn’t run as long as it used to.

Nathan explained the process clearly and made the whole experience easy. The office staff was also very helpful with scheduling and follow-up.

We were having a serious airflow issue in our home with some rooms were not cooling properly while others were getting too much air. Delilah came out and helped identify that the problem was coming from old and poorly sealed ductwork in the attic.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from this company. Nearly every month, a new issue arises with my AC unit. Instead of properly diagnosing and fixing the root problem, it feels like temporary patches are being done just to get by. On top of that, there have been repeated attempts to void my warranty rather than stand behind the work performed. Customer service has also been frustrating, the representative I speak with consistently has an unprofessional and dismissive attitude. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable or honest AC service.

A young lady named Glo knocked at my door . At first, I was skeptical about why she wanted to check my ac . But after being very polite and informative, she made a lot of sense about why my light bill being so high . She advised me to switch my 10 yr old ac. The process was so easy, installed the next day. The installer was so respectful, quick, and clean after themselves . They offered even financing and it was very affordable. As soon as the ac was installed, I could feel the house so much cooler, and my light bill gone down by 150 dollars . This is a great company they offer a 15-year warranty on everything . I never leave reviews but Honestly, this company gives you one of the best deals out there. The 15-year free warranty is something you won’t find with most HVAC places , others wanted to charge me anywhere from $150 to $200+ just to show up.

When my AC started leaking water, they came the very next day and fixed it without charging me a dime. Yes, the appointment windows can be long (they tell you anytime up until 7pm), but the way I see it, it’s worth the wait because you’re not stuck paying those crazy service fees every time something goes wrong.

For me, that kind of coverage and peace of mind is more important than watching the clock.
