I can't say enough good things about Alex Trejo and UNITED STATE SOLUTIONS. My old AC unit completely stopped working, Alex stepped in and handled everything from start to finish with professionalism honesty and care. HE TOOK the time to explain my opios clearly, helped me understand wt made the most sense for or home, and made entire process smooth and stress free. Amazing customer service! Gloria the sale representative was very detail and polite . She took care of all my concerns regarding my home needs . I got a New air conditioner and ducts . After so many year with a broken ac they were able to provide the financing. Made it so affordable! Excited to see when my impact windows get installed . I highly recommended this company.

Mr Jacob is such a great manager! I dont trust people when they come to my door however jacob explain shay tje company does for home owners and was tired of paying to repair my ac.

Jacob the manager such an amazing guy! They come to my house and my ac was broken for almost two years! They change my ac and it feels amazing in the house. The technicians were so nice and helpful and the best part is i get an 15 year warranty with the ac!! Never paying to get it fix again 🙂 i recommend this company to everyone!

Jacob is such an amazing guy! My light bill is 400$ every month and I had no idea why!! He came to mine house and explain what his company do foe home owners. They change mine duct work and the house gets super cold now. The technicians and everyone are so helpful and works recommended this company to anyone!

Mr. Medina was amazing! I was always skeptical when someone come to mine door but he does a great job explaining what he does- they changed my ac and it’s been so much colder in the house! The technicians and everyone was so polite and the best part is I never need to pay for repairs or labor! Everyone need United States solutions especially if you still paying for repairs

A gentleman name Jacob came to my house explaining how they help home owners with extremely high light bills. He did a great job in explaining what the company goals are and how we would benefit with the company. I don't usually trust people that come to mine house however he made it an smooth process. I had a really great experience with Nate, I did the duct replacement my house feels so amazing and my light bill drop a ton, I was paying 400 dollars now my bill is on 120 let's see where this goes.. kudos to the company did a great install and even clean behind themselves.

Jacob stop by my house very funny, polite guy- he explain how electricity prices was going up.
He eventually had to check my attic and showed me how I had no insulation. He explain how United States solutions helps home owners lower the efficiency to help with the light bill. I recommend this company to anyone looking to get upgrades done to their home. My air conditioner has been broken and using wall unit caused my light bill to be very high. They helped me to get approved and provide 15 years warranty. Thank you for great customer service

When I first heard about USS, they meet the qualification and expectation on what they can help repair your home and how they will help you in any shape or fashion they are very helpful and professional people who come and sit down with you and discuss your concerns about how they can assist in whatever you want done for your home, whether it’s Air Conditioning impact windows doors home improvement. A young lady named Glo knocked at my door . At first, I was skeptical about why she wanted to check my ac . But after being very polite and informative, she made a lot of sense about why my light bill being so high . She advised me to switch my 10 yr old ac. The process was so easy, installed the next day. The installer was so respectful, quick, and clean after themselves . They offered even financing and it was very affordable. As soon as the ac was installed, I could feel the house so much cooler, and my light bill gone down by 150 dollars . This is a great company they offer a 15-year warranty on everything . The fact that I never have to pay for ac scervice is amazing ! I highly recommend it !

At first I was frustrated about the 2 days between the first diagnostic and the part arriving, but the lady on the phone explained that’s just how service works sometimes. While I waited, I did called around and found other companies wanted $745–$1,100 for the same repair. United Solutions fixed my AC under their 15 year warranty and I didn’t pay a dime. The wait was worth it, straight honest service and zero cost. Thank you!

I never leave reviews but Honestly, this company gives you one of the best deals out there. The 15-year free warranty is something you won’t find with most HVAC places , others wanted to charge me anywhere from $150 to $200+ just to show up.
When my AC started leaking water, they came the very next day and fixed it without charging me a dime. Yes, the appointment windows can be long (they tell you anytime up until 7pm), but the way I see it, it’s worth the wait because you’re not stuck paying those crazy service fees every time something goes wrong.
For me, that kind of coverage and peace of mind is more important than watching the clock.
