Extremely dissatisfied I did not have any issues with my home until I allowed them to come in, so I was trying to save some money and upgrade my home at the same time I put in new AC, insulated the attic as well new ductwork ever since they have touched my home, my house has been leaking full of conversation and will not stop I keep calling them. They continue to send somebody nothing gets better. My house now is smelling musty my walls are wet and nothing is being done about. It would not recommend as their service guys run in run out don’t say anything.

I don’t understand how there are so many 5 star reviews. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Ever since we had purchased a unit and installed by them there has been nothing but issues. It seems every 3 months the A/C has issues. When calling to have a technician come to check or do an annual maintenance check, the appointment time is 10am-7pm, which is a huge inconvenience and ridiculous because your stuck in your home all day for the technician not to show up, no call no show. Very inconsiderate of people’s time. The representative that schedules the appointment whenever she decides to call you back always seems have an attitude, like she really hates her job. It’s the summer time and I’m expecting to have a baby soon and have a toddler in the house and was hoping to have the A/C taken care of but the technician never showed up nor did they attempted to contact me “30 minutes” prior as the representative claims. So now I have to wait until I’m out of the hospital being that I could be going into labor any minute now, to come back to rescheduling a appt.for the A/C. PLEASE DO NOT work with this company, go elsewhere. They are horrible. I usually don’t leave reviews but it’s that bad.

I had an issue with my AC and called United State Solutions. Ashley from customer service helped me and scheduled me for the next day, which I really appreciated because it was pretty hot in the house.

The appointment window is an all-day window (10 AM – 7 PM), which isn’t the most convenient, but Ashley explained that’s how their scheduling works and at least they don’t charge a service fee just for coming out like many other companies do.

The technician checked the unit and got everything working again. Overall the service was professional and the office was responsive. I’m happy with the help I received.

Great experience after everything was finalized
For Context
Our home was getting very hot during the day and the AC seemed to run constantly, especially in the afternoon. Nathan from United State Solutions checked the attic and showed us that the insulation level was very low and uneven in several areas.

They added new attic insulation to bring it up to the proper level. Since the work was completed, the house holds the temperature much better and the AC doesn’t run as long as it used to.

Nathan explained the process clearly and made the whole experience easy. The office staff was also very helpful with scheduling and follow-up.

Instead of properly diagnosing and fixing the root problem, it feels like temporary patches are being done just to get by. On top of that, there have been repeated attempts to void my warranty rather than stand behind the work performed. A young lady named Glo knocked at my door . At first, I was skeptical about why she wanted to check my ac . But after being very polite and informative, she made a lot of sense about why my light bill being so high . She advised me to switch my 10 yr old ac. The process was so easy, installed the next day. I never leave reviews but Honestly, this company gives you one of the best deals out there. The 15-year free warranty is something you won’t find with most HVAC places , others wanted to charge me anywhere from $150 to $200+ just to show up.

When my AC started leaking water, they came the very next day and fixed it without charging me a dime. Yes, the appointment windows can be long (they tell you anytime up until 7pm), but the way I see it, it’s worth the wait because you’re not stuck paying those crazy service fees every time something goes wrong.

For me, that kind of coverage and peace of mind is more important than watching the clock.

I had a real bad leak in my roof and needed a replacement. I also needed new ducts because I've had the same ones since I bought the house over 30 years. The process was easy and very pleasant. They were so great and cleaned up the mess from the install. Everyone was nice and stayed in contact through the whole process which made me feel very comfortable. I really needed an AC and they came to my door and offered me a brand new unit at a very affordable payment.
